Why use a Tour Operator?

There are three very good reasons for using us to advise and arrange your holiday.

Firstly, as destination specialists we have been there, we know the lie of the land, the pleasures you should not miss and the pit-falls to be avoided. We do not propose hotels we have not visited and we work closely with our partners in each country whose job it is to look after you.

Then, if things go wrong during your holiday, it is our responsibility to do our utmost to address the problem, so that your time away does not become a nightmare. In short, we stand behind our reputation and our very existence is dependent on your satisfaction.

Finally, there is the ATOL. No doubt you have heard gruesome tales of airlines or unprotected tour operators going bust and leaving their unfortunate clients to fend for themselves either trying to get home or, after parting with their money, having their much anticipated holiday denied them. A holiday involving air travel on scheduled airlines booked through us is fully protected under our ATOL (Air Tour Organisers Licence) No 5136 granted by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advanced booking.
